I have tears dripping down as I write this article; somehow, writing is bringing me a sense of relief as I fight the tears back.

I question why I am so emotional when I had never met MJ, or shall I say never had the privilege of meeting a music legend, but was he not more, I keep thinking and asking myself this question. It seems with the death of a person, which was so sudden and unexpected, you begin, to draw meaning behind his every move and to every song he wrote the lyrics to.

MJ was a person to me that was so misunderstood, he had so many people that ridiculed him at every opportunity, he was laughed at for his childish behaviour, having a mini funfair at his never land ranch, his love for children, the nail to his coffin was the documentary where be revealed that sleeping with children, there was nothing wrong with this, no surprise that after this documentary was aired on national TV the child abuse allegations came to the horizon, can I just say that none of these claims had been proved. People question his attitude, well, why did he pay him off, well, for a number of reasons that we may never know, not wanting the stress of another trial, quite sad that after his death it has been revealed that he had to settle the allegations with money as his insurance company made him, why was this never published when he was alive I wonder?

Anyway, with respect to his tribute today, he had many celebrities and famous people who gave MJ a memorable send off. Here are a few moments that were shared with him as we celebrate MJ life here.

America 's young sweet heart Brooke Shield's tribute was to the key when she recalled her memories for which there were many, here are a few:-

I remember that Michael had the purest laugh

He laughed a lot

He was very mischievous

We had a true bond, maybe because we both had to grow up so fast as we were both in the limelight at such an early age

She recalled that MJ said to her at Elizabeth Taylor's wedding we are the mother and father of the bride, MJ made it real, I said to him jokingly what' up with the glove?

MJ loved to be teased

He was a genius unchallenged, caring, funny, honest and pure. He was a lover of life.

He cares for family, friends and his fans

He maybe the King of Pop to you but to me he was my little prince'

To his children Prince, Paris and Blanket smile although your hearts aching'.

Martin Luther King Junior said:-

In life one must discover when ones calling is

Be the best of what you are

Michael Jackson was truly the best of what he was; he was the great entertainer who did his job well.

Let our light shine, rest in peace our brother Michael.

The more I think of Jackson not the King of Pop but the greatest entertainer ever lived.

He was never jaded .

MJ's child Paris said that daddy been best father you can ever imagine, I love him so much' and she broke down in tears and was comforted by MJ's sister Janet Jackson.

My tribute to MJ, may your music live on forever, lets make the world a better place, lets heal the world, and, let us remember his lyrics if you're thinking of being my baby it don't matter if you're black or white, not gonna spend my life being a colour, lets all stop kicking dirt and make a change and make it right!

Let's not be blind and see people for what they are and not what our eyes make us see, lets look beyond and see that what matters, is what is in your heart. Let us learn from what history has taught us before it is too late.

If you want to make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and make the change. I'm starting with the man in the mirror and asking him to change his way!
